Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use LittleSpoon. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. Do not share your account with others.

User Conduct: You agree to use LittleSpoon respectfully and legally. You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates others' rights. You may not impersonate others, engage in spam, or attempt to harm the app or other users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content and Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant LittleSpoon a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service. All app features, design, and branding are owned by LittleSpoon and protected by intellectual property laws.

Premium Features: LittleSpoon may offer premium features and subscriptions for purchase. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be clearly displayed before purchase. All sales are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile will be removed and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy, with a 28-day grace period for account restoration.

Disclaimers and Limitations: LittleSpoon is provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not conduct background checks on users and are not responsible for user conduct or interactions. You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your safety when meeting others. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming. If you are located in the EU, you retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of LittleSpoon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
